We ship via UPS for all orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Your invoice and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. Elite World Group is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or events beyond our control. Elite World Group is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Elite World Group is not responsible for shipments after they have been delivered.
Once an order has been placed, EWG will not cancel the order. If you have changed your mind, you may return the item once it arrives to you.
We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Elite World Group is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.
We offer complimentary returns for domestic orders only. Please email email@example.com to receive a return label.
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for their own returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address.
Items must be in new condition to qualify for return. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.
Elite World Group is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).
