PRODUCT 

Q: How do your products fit?
A: All of our products are fitted. We recommend sizing up!

Q: Do you have a product size chart?
A: Yes, each product page will have its own size chart. Women's and men's sizes are different.

Q: Which of your agencies have merchandise?
A: We offer merch for Women Management, The Society Management, Elite Model Management, Elite Model Look. Visit shop.elitemodelworld.com to access all of our collections. 

Q: Do you carry Supreme Management merchandise?
A: No

Q: What materials are the products made out of?
A: Each product is made from varying amounts of cotton, polyester, and elastane. Each product will have its specific material makeup listed under their “materials” section of their website page, and on the garment itself. 

Q: How should each garment be washed/cleaned?
A: All of our garments are machine washable.

 

ORDERING

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept a variety of payment methods, including, but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Checkout and Pay Pal. 

Q: Can I change my order once it’s placed?
A: All orders are unable to be changed after placement. Please make sure all information is entered correctly prior to ordering.

Q: What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
A: Please contact shop@elitemodelworld.com with your order number and explain the situation so that it may be rectified. We will happily replace the item for you.

Q: Why has my order been cancelled?
A: Due to a large influx of orders, products may sell out during the checkout process. In the event of this occurring, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

 

SHIPPING

Q: How long after order placement does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
A:

Domestic orders placed before 3:00PM EST are shipped the same day.
Domestic orders placed after 3:00PM EST are shipped the following day.
Domestic orders received after 3:00PM EST on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

International Orders will be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, but may take up to 3-5 business days to ship.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: The order confirmation email will contain a link to the shipping carrier’s order tracking software, and your order tracking number. Please follow the link, or copy and paste the tracking number in the carrier’s website where applicable.

Q: How long will it take for my non-express order to arrive?
A: Due to the current global climate, order delivery may take 5-7 business days.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes

Q: Will I be charged for customs duties and taxes for international orders?
A: Yes, international customs duties and taxes are reflected when you move through the check-out process for your order. You will not be charged any additional fees.

Q: Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
A: No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. 

Q: My order has gone missing or was lost in transit, what do I do?
A: Elite World Group is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. If you would still like to contact us, please email shop@elitemodelworld.com.

Q: Can I have an order sent to someone as a gift?
A: Yes, please enter the person and address you would like to ship to in the shipping address section, separate from the billing address.

Q: Do you use biodegradable/sustainable packaging?
A: Yes, all of our packaging is sourced from Ecoenclose.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All orders can be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: No. We recommend that you return your item and place a new order.

Q: What is the process to return an item?
A: Please email returns@elitemodelworld.com to coordinate your return.

Q: Where should I send my items back for returns?
A: Please email returns@elitemodelworld.com to coordinate your return.

Q: How long will the refund process take?
A: Once the return is received, it should be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.

Q: How will I be refunded once you receive my return?
A: Once we receive the return, you will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase.

Q: What if the original payment method used is no longer valid?
A: Please contact shop@elitemodelworld.com explaining the situation so your billing information can be updated.

Q: What if my refund is incorrect?
A: Please contact shop@elitemodelworld.com explaining the situation with your order number.

Q: Am I responsible for return shipping fees?
A: We offer complimentary return labels but may charge a $10 restocking fee.

Q: I received the wrong item in my order, what can I do?
A: Please contact shop@elitemodelworld.com with your order number and explain the situation so that it may be rectified. We will happily exchange the item for you.

Q: How can I become a model for one of the agencies represented on the merchandise?
A: To apply to become a model, please visit the respective agency’s website and follow the submission process outlined on their website. See our Contact page for our agency website links.

Q: Will purchasing an agency merchandise item improve my chances of being scouted?
A: No, agency merchandise is independent from the scouting process for each agency. 

Q: How can I enter the Elite Model Look contest?
A: Please click here and follow the submission process outlined on the Elite Model Look website. 

Q: Would an agent from Elite, Woman, The Society or EML ever reach out to me soliciting adult photos or money?
A: The agencies and scouts in our network will never ask for adult images or monetary payment from potential talent. If you are ever unsure about the credibility of an individual who has contacted you, please feel free to verify their identity by calling or emailing the agency of claimed affiliation (agency and city). Each agency’s contact information is listed on its respective website, all of which can be found through our main page, https://www.elitemodelworld.com/.
